  1. JORDAN - Passport and visa required.  Visa requires 1 application form,
  2. 1 photo, letter stating purpose of visit and itinerary.  Entry into
  3. Jordan is sometimes denied to persons holding passports with Israeli visas
  4. stamps. (This is especially true when the holders are U.S./Jordanian dual
  5. nationals.)  Send SASE for return of passport by mail.  For details
